Account deletion
You can leave for good.
Pair Cafe lets you permanently delete your account from inside the iOS or Android app. You do not need to call us or wait for approval.

Delete from Pair Cafe
- Open Pair Cafe on iPhone or Android and sign in.
- Open Settings, then Danger zone.
- Choose “Delete account and shared data.”
- Review the shared-data warning, enter your password, and confirm.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes your profile and the entire couple space you are part of, including todos, notes, comments, reactions, completion media, notifications, recaps, and device push registrations. It also schedules every exact active upload object Pair can associate with you or the affected couple for deletion, including unfinished uploads that never received a database row and legacy uploads created before pairing. Because that space is shared, your partner also loses access to the shared content. Their separate account profile is not deleted. Copies either person already saved to a phone remain on that phone. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Can’t access the app?
Send an account-deletion request through our public contact form. Use the email address on your Pair Cafe account so we can verify the request without exposing account data to someone else.
